Nearly 70% of people track their health, yet 50% still rely on memory or notes.
Tracking isn’t the problem. People need help making sense of what they feel, not just recording it.
The Problem
Health tracking tools are built for structured thinking. But that’s not how many people naturally process and recall information
For neurodivergent individuals, especially those with ADHD, tracking can feel overwhelming, inconsistent, and difficult to maintain. Experiences are hard to categorize, easy to forget, and even harder to explain.
The result is a breakdown between noticing, understanding, and communicating what’s happening in the body.
My Approach
Weeks of user research and interviews shaped the goal: create a system that adapts to how people naturally think, feel, and reflect.
My findings & own neurodivergent perspective led me to prioritize:
Flexibility
Low cognitive load
Real-life behavior over ideal workflows
The Solution
Anora is a conversational wellness companion that helps people:
Capture experiences in their own words
Reflect through lightweight interactions
Surface patterns gradually
Build a living understanding of their health
Principles
Clarity over complexity
Flexibility over structure
Trust over automation
Support over pressure
The Experience
Natural Input
Adaptive Guidance
Pattern Recognition & Living Profile
The Impact: Shifting From Tracking to Understanding
01
Retention & Engagement
Reducing friction through notes-style input lowers the effort required to track, addressing a primary cause of drop-off in traditional health apps and improving consistency and long-term engagement.
02
Perceived Value
By surfacing patterns and responding with context, Anora creates a feedback loop, turning input into insight and increasing perceived usefulness.
03
Patient-provider communication
Anora transforms fragmented experiences into a structured, longitudinal understanding. This helps users communicate more clearly, recall less from memory, and make better use of limited clinical time.
